Hydraulic Straightening Machine With Auto Feeding
Suitablefor straightening the finished products which are heat-treated, such as stamping machines, office machines, motorcycle/car components, tool and screws.
Suitable for straightening a variety of bars made of steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel and titanium alloy, etc.
The range of bar lengths is from 60 to 600mm, and the range of diameters is from φ3～φ25mm under manual feeding. Both precision and quality can be upgraded.

Straightening is collocating with stepped type feeder which is specific for big size screw or bolt , shaft with big volume components feeder, the tank is available to load 200~300pcs bolt, with straightening length 100~600mm (M4~M24 bolt size have to be subject to our confirmation).
Straightening precision can be reaching 0.02mm, and working speed is 6~7 second/1pcs. The CE normal is additional
